Data Storage and Security

Local Storage

Your financial data is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data remains on your device unless you enable cloud sync.

Cloud Storage

When cloud sync is enabled, your data is stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

Third-Party Services

• OpenAI: We use OpenAI's Vision API to process receipt images. Images are temporarily uploaded, processed, and then deleted immediately after processing.
• Apple: Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We receive transaction information but not your payment details.
• Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare Workers and D1 database for cloud storage and API services.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

1. Service Providers: With third-party services (OpenAI, Cloudflare) necessary to provide App functionality
2. Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

Your data may be processed and stored in servers located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to the transfer of your data to these servers.
